The Great Mod Search Round 2!!!!

Well I got some entries to be a moderator yesterday and today, and I only got 3, so with such a small selection I decided to choose all of them to do something!

Here they are:
Potential Moderators:
Bullseye- Reason: Graphic Design Skills, and Potential Contact with Krin, not to mention he's quite nice
LtMark- Reason: Excellent Grammar, and is very Nice

Potential Probationary Moderators:
zzzerrooo- Reason: Sent an incomplete moderator form

Potential Forum Developers:
zzzerrooo- Reason: Experience in website design and owns a few websites
Bullseye- Graphic Design skills

Those were the potentials, heres the jobs to see who will win the titles!

Potential Moderator Job:
Advertise the site and try to get as many members as possible before the round ends
Be active as mucha s you can, but be online ATLEAST once a day

Potential Probationary Moderator Job:
Advertise the site and try to get as many new members as possible
Publish atleast one new strategy to the strategy boards

Potential Forum Developers Job:
THEY MAY CHOSE OPTION 1,2 OR 3, NO SUCKING UP AND DOING MORE THEN ONE OPTION!
1.Make a banner for the site
2.Make me, admin, a very nice avatar,( I like anime(no anruto), pineapples, and manga) Already done
3. Make a very detailed strategy, with pictures, and all details possible, maybe even a video, and publish it to the strategy boards
