which are the no-claims bonus of the government ?
I know that communist recolt ressources when he kill units

The exact income for each class is different too, but doesn't make much of a difference. ie: fascists get more energy than communists.

Cool forum btw. So I got bored and did some Testing:
This is what each building gives as you can see the armoury is the best for manpower however the armoury is only better than tier 1 power stations and banks, tier 2 banks and power stations produce more.
Bank
3 money over 5 secs
4 money over 3 secs
Armoury
9 resource over 10 secs
Hospital
3 manpower over 5 secs
Power
3 power over 5 secs
4 power over 3 secs
Outpost
1 manpower over 3 secs
Forge
2 power over 5 secs
Colony says this itself on Campaign mode for each team
Capitalists get resources 20% faster
Fascists build structures and units faster
Communists high manpower income but less energy, money gained from killing enemy
Then I ran some tests.
Now there's two ways you can get resources:
1/ Generated resources (given from you building something like an armoury)
2/ Non-generated resources (given even if you have no buildings)
This first test involves not building anything for exactly one minute and the resource gain for each team.
Resources at start 50 money, 50 manpower, 50 power

Capitalists = Extra 12 Money per min, 24 less power
Fascists = Extra 24 power per min, 24 less manpower
Communists = extra 12 manpower per min, 24 less power
Then I wanted to test if the resource gain for each team stacked with say an armoury producing resources (generated resources). I found that it only stacked when using Capitalists and proved that Capitalists gain 17% (~20%) more resources from an armoury that produced resources for one minute. Hope this helps just incase anyone was wondering the exact resource stats. In conclusion I believe Capitalists to be the best team due to the massive ~20% extra stackable on all resources being generated by all buildings bonus. The Fascists and Communists have no major advantages to match this godly bonus since their bonuses only apply to non-generated resources.
